European Tech Recruit is seeking a Project Manager - Electrical Engineering for a building electrification scope within a steelmaking project. The role focuses on project management, technical assurance, and coordination of electrical systems with EPC/EPCM partners, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to deliver safely and on time.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred), solid experience in industrial settings, and strong skills in MV/LV systems, 3D

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Experience in industrial projects with building electrification exposure.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, protection relays, transformers, motors, VFDs, UPS.
• Experience in PMC, EPC, or EPCM environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and vendor data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical engineering oversight for LV/MV power distribution and building systems.
• Coordinate with EPC/EPCM contractors on engineering deliverables and changes.
• Lead 3D model coordination across electrical systems across disciplines.
• Monitor progress of engineering, procurement, FATs, SATs, and construction.
• Provide site supervision during installation, testing, energization.
• Ensure HSE compliance and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Prepare progress reports and technical recommendations.
