Jobgether is representing a partner in Spain seeking an E-Commerce Performance Media Buyer to drive profitable growth for fast-scaling brands. You will manage paid acquisition across major platforms, using data and experimentation to maximize campaign performance.

The role combines hands-on execution with strategic analysis across customer acquisition, attribution, and conversion optimization in a fully remote setup. Experience in ecommerce marketing and multi-brand environments is preferred.

Formación

• Experience with ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar channels.
• Track record launching, testing, optimizing, and profitably scaling campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, attribution.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns for ecommerce and DTC brands.
• Manage campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other channels.
• Build and execute testing strategies for audiences, creatives, offers, bidding, and structures.
• Monitor performance and profitability; adjust budgets, targeting, creative, and bidding accordingly.
• Analyze KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, attribution; report findings.
• Translate data into recommendations and growth strategies for brands.
• Support scalable growth while maintaining efficiency and ROAS targets.
• Use Shopify, GA4, Triple Whale, Hyros, and other tools to monitor acquisition and performance.
