Job summary

Puig is seeking a dedicated Educational Program Manager to oversee its Early Childhood programs on a 100% remote basis. You will develop, implement, and refine educational strategies that support holistic child development while coordinating a distributed team of educators, curriculum specialists, and staff.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and a track record in curriculum design and virtual collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams.
• Experience with virtual learning platforms and edtech tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the curriculum and educational content for early childhood programs.
• Provide leadership to a remote team of educators and program staff.
• Establish and monitor program quality standards, conducting virtual assessments and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new educational technologies and methodologies.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and reporting requirements for remote operations.
