Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an E-commerce Data Analyst to review, categorize, and refine product data powering AI shopping and recommendations. This fully remote, hourly contract role lets you work asynchronously while contributing to high-impact AI training tasks.

You will evaluate product listings, tag and classify items, and provide structured feedback to improve search and discovery. Prior e-commerce or AI experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with online shopping platforms and how product categories work.
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluation tasks.
• Comfortable working with structured data, spreadsheets, or web-based tools.
• Clear and concise written communicator.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No prior e-commerce, retail, or AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review product listings for accuracy, completeness, and correct categorization
• Evaluate AI-generated product descriptions and shopping recommendations
• Tag and classify products using structured category systems and annotation guidelines
• Identify duplicate, misleading, or low-quality product entries
• Provide clear, structured feedback to help improve AI-powered product search and discovery
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
