Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Data analysis skills and working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), SQL, PowerBI, Python.
• Teamwork and collaboration across the organization.
• Knowledge of business processes and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Under guidance, performs basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to support solutions for internal or external client teams.
• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets.
• Creates specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs and data.
• May produce datasets and reports using IQVIA tools.
• Verifies data for accuracy and completeness.
• Transforms data to optimize analyses.
• Performs audits to ensure procedures are followed.
