IFF is seeking a Data Analyst – Demand Planning to transform data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with Demand Planning, Commercial, Finance, and IT to improve forecast accuracy and planning maturity, while supporting a fully remote operating model and global transformation initiatives.

You’ll analyze demand patterns, develop dashboards, and drive data-driven decision making across the planning organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related analytical discipline.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Analytics, or BI.
• Strong data handling and performance measurement fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze demand planning performance indicators (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, VAVE).
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations and planning gaps.
• Analyze demand patterns, customer trends, and key drivers to generate insights.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity.
• Support monthly Demand Review and business reviews with data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with planners, commercial, finance, supply planning, and IT on reporting initiatives.
• Contribute to planning transformations, new capabilities, testing, and adoption.
• Document reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, governance, and analytics processes.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related analytical discipline
