alan is seeking a Crew Lead for our Acquisition Funnel crew to shape how millions discover Alan and convert into members across markets. You’ll organize the crew’s work, balance hands-on coding with leadership, and drive growth through scalable web experiences.

• Interest in business aspects: conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Acquisition Funnel crew output and organize the crew’s work.
• Balance hands-on contribution (around 40%) with leadership duties.
• Build and optimize alan.com and the self-serve flows for conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research and Product to deliver scaled solutions.
• Drive revenue and improve user experiences across markets.
