RemoteJobsOne is seeking a seasoned in-house Corporate Counsel for a part-time, fully remote role based in Spain. This position focuses on shaping how AI is trained, evaluated, and applied to real-world contract work, with emphasis on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining in the tech sector.

You will review, assess, and contribute to contract redlining workflows used to train AI models, improving risk identification and language interpretation to enhance legal judgment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in-house tech transactions.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into AI feedback.
• Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios and provide expert feedback.
• Create evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess AI performance on contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
