RDN CONS is hiring Portuguese-speaking moderators to review and moderate user-generated content for a leading online platform. Work remotely from Greece with full relocation support and paid training to help you succeed in joining an international team.

No prior moderation experience is required; comprehensive paid training will be provided to help you thrive in this role, with ongoing career development opportunities in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Fluency in Portuguese (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to follow policies and make objective decisions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate user-generated content according to company guidelines.
• Identify and remove content that violates platform policies.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Ensure a high level of quality and accuracy in all moderation decisions.
• Work with internal tools while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Contribute to providing a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide.
