Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Expertise with Haas VF-2 or similar controllers.
• Familiar with hobbyist/desktop CNC platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Experience working with metals and plastics.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC machines across multiple platforms.
• Load and verify CNC programs, install tooling, and set offsets.
• Run first-piece cycles and inspect parts for dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and diagnose issues.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and CMM to verify parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T for production.
• Collaborate with CAM programmers on setup optimization.
