Alignerr is seeking Voice Recording Specialists for AI training. This fully remote, hourly contract role requires a clear, natural speaking voice and a quiet place to record. You’ll work 10–40 hours per week, reading scripts and prompts to capture diverse speech patterns on your own schedule.

No professional voice acting experience is required; familiarity with audio setup or software is a plus, and ongoing freelance work is possible.

Qualifications

Clear, natural speaking voice — no professional training needed.
Access to a quiet recording environment with minimal background noise.
A microphone or smartphone capable of capturing good-quality audio.
Comfortable reading aloud and being recorded.
Reliable and self-motivated when working independently.

Responsibilities

Record clear, natural voice samples by reading provided scripts and responding to conversational prompts.
Vary your tone, pacing, and delivery as directed to capture a range of authentic speech patterns.
Ensure all recordings are clean, clear, and free of background noise.
Complete metadata forms to document and describe each recording session.
Participate in both scripted and conversational recording formats.
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
