Alignerr is seeking Data Labeling Specialists to categorize, tag, and annotate data for AI training. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role offering 10–40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.

You’ll work with predefined tagging guidelines, label text, images, or audio, and complete tasks independently while maintaining quality through calibration exercises and structured instructions.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with patient, systematic approach to repetitive tasks.
• Able to follow structured instructions precisely and consistently.
• Comfortable using web-based tools and interfaces.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No prior data labeling or AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Categorize and label text, images, or audio data using predefined tag sets and annotation guidelines.
• Annotate datasets accurately and consistently to support AI model training.
• Follow structured project instructions with precision and care.
• Participate in calibration exercises to maintain quality standards across the team.
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule.
