TELUS Digital AI Community in Spain is seeking Senior Raters to validate search results and AI content, delivering ratings that help improve model performance and search quality. This flexible, remote role leverages analytical and research skills to assess content and provide clear feedback.

You will participate in training, follow guidelines, document edge cases, and meet productivity targets while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Freelancer with excellent communication skills in Spanish & English.
• Resident in Spain for the last 5 consecutive years.
• Familiarity with business, media, sports, news, social media, and culture.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and research skills.
• Experience using web browsers, search engines, and online research tools.
• Daily access to reliable broadband internet, smartphone and PC.
• Demonstrated research capability through professional background or self-directed research.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines independently.
• Creativity and logical skills to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.
• Conduct online research to verify information and support rating decisions.
• Apply rating guidelines consistently while maintaining quality standards.
• Document edge cases, guideline gaps, and task-related issues.
• Provide clear written feedback and rationale for ratings when required.
• Participate in training, calibration sessions, and ongoing quality reviews.
• Meet productivity expectations while maintaining high-quality work.
