YO AI Labs seeks an AI Evaluation Specialist to assess and improve AI assistant outputs for an enterprise training project. This contractor role is remote and focuses on rigorous evaluation, clear feedback, and adherence to evolving quality standards.

You will work independently on high-volume evaluations, identify errors and gaps, and document actionable recommendations. Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and strong written communication are essential.

Formación

• Experience in grading, QA, editorial review, or similar analytical work.
• Proficient with AI assistants daily such as ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent.
• Ability to analyze complex information and communicate findings in writing.
• Experience with rubric development and quality assessment.
• Strong critical-thinking with focus on consistency, accuracy, and fairness.
• Comfortable handling high-volume evaluation tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle quality issues.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI outputs against rubrics for accuracy, relevance, quality, and guidelines.
• Apply consistent, objective judgment across large volumes of examples.
• Identify reasoning gaps, tool-use issues, and inconsistencies.
• Provide concise, actionable feedback to improve AI systems.

• Contribute to process improvements and evaluation best practices.
