The role involves recruiting affiliates, monitoring campaign performance, and building meaningful partnerships. Formación

• 12+ years experience in affiliate marketing or managing partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance reports.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates and maintain relationships.
• Monitor and manage affiliate programs to ensure performance.
• Communicate with affiliates to address questions and resolve issues.
• Negotiate cooperation agreements with affiliate networks.
• Analyze performance data to optimize or discontinue campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team to prepare promotional assets.

Conocimientos

Fluency in Spanish (oral and written)

Good command of English (at least B2)

Strong understanding of affiliate/partner marketing channels

Excellent project management and communication skills

Attention to detail and analytical mindset
