Isg International Service Group is seeking a Supply Chain Manufacturing Specialist to optimize end-to-end procurement, production planning, and material flow for aerospace structures. You will align procurement, engineering, sourcing, and quality to ensure on-time delivery, right quality, and cost objectives across multiple external production environments, with remote work options.

• Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing operations in aerospace or related industries.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate material flow across manufacturing operations to ensure continuity of supply.
• Oversee procurement of raw materials and tooling used in aerospace structures production.
• Develop and maintain MRP-driven material plans, including safety stock and inventory strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and suppliers to support production schedules and resolve constraints.
• Monitor supplier performance (delivery, quality, lead times, cost) and implement corrective actions.
• Support sourcing activities including supplier selection, RFQs, technical assessments, and onboarding.
• Manage lead times for critical and long-cycle materials for production availability.
• Drive improvements in inventory management, logistics efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Contribute to make-or-buy decisions and support new materials or products.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100/ISO), traceability, and documentation.
• Support production ramp-ups and new program launches within aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate data within ERP/MRP systems (BOMs, lead times, planning parameters).
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
