Jobandtalent is seeking a hands-on Accountant to join our U.S. Controlling & Accounting team. This fully remote role requires periodic in-person attendance at our Madrid headquarters for month-end close collaboration.

You will support day-to-day operations, manage bank and balance-sheet reconciliations, post journal entries, and assist with financial reporting and audits. The position offers growth in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teamwork across locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience with solid knowledge of accounting principles.
• Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Hands-on approach to support a broad range of accounting activities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and complete bank reconciliations for 15+ bank accounts.
• Perform balance-sheet account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Manage and record daily accounting transactions.
• Monitor expense tracking and support expense-related accounting activities.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and management reporting.
• Support audit preparation and respond to information requests.
• Provide administrative support to the Controlling & Accounting team.
