A leading hotel management company is seeking an Account Executive to manage relationships with a portfolio of hotels across Southern Europe. The role involves providing high-quality customer support and technical assistance while ensuring hotel profitability. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in account management, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and possess strong communication skills. This position is remote but based in Madrid.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or hotel operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, additional European languages preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of 30-40 hotels and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate onboarding and system setup for new hotel partners.
• Provide personalized support and solutions to hotel partners.
