Responsibilities
  • Gather detailed feedback from clients on candidate quality, fit, and onboarding outcomes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for both internal and client stakeholders.
  • Represent Service Club professionally as a trusted recruitment partner in every interaction.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Account Management or Recruitment, ideally in delivery/logistics/mobility sectors.
  • Strong understanding of volume hiring and candidate lifecycle management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.).
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
