Ryanair is seeking a Reliability Engineer to review and analyze maintenance data, identify reliability alerts, and drive fixes for repetitive delay causes. You will support process automation using Power BI and engage with Boeing and OEMs to enhance reliability across Ryanair’s fleet.

The role requires strong data analytics, programming skills (SQL, Python, Java or C/C++), and effective communication. You will collaborate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and contribute to

Qualifications

Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or B-1/B-2/CAT A license.
Computer Science or related field could be considered.
Strong data analytics skills with SQL, Python, Java, or C/C++ and Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

Review and analyse maintenance data of components and systems; identify reliability alerts and repetitive delay causes.
Support process innovation and automation using Power BI and data programming.
Collaborate with Boeing and OEMs to drive reliability improvements in Ryanair’s operations.
Provide cost/benefit analyses of reliability options and make recommendations to exec management.
Prepare reports and analyses of aircraft dispatch reliability and address repetitive delay issues.
Participate in reviews with worldwide 737 operators and influence Boeing’s reliability priorities.
