Manage end-to-end releases for complex, multi-component enterprise applications across Dev, Test, Prod and Prod-like environments.
Own release planning, scheduling, deployment coordination, release calendars, change windows and release trains.
Coordinate readiness assessments, go/no-go decisions, hotfixes, emergency releases and production incidents.
Ensure release governance, audit compliance and full traceability through Azure DevOps.
Maintain and manage governance artefacts and regular release reporting.
Act as a hands-on Scrum Master and primary facilitator for the delivery team.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices.
Monitor delivery metrics and protect sprint commitments.
Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards.
Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a structured and prioritized backlog.
7+ years of experience in Release Management, Agile Delivery, Scrum environments or similar roles.
Proven experience managing releases for complex enterprise applications.
Strong hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, including:
Strong experience working as a Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Active Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM I/II or SAFe Scrum Master.
ITIL Foundation or equivalent change/release management certification.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
Experience within financial services, insurance or other regulated industries.
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
Knowledge of ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
Insurance or actuarial domain knowledge.
Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
