Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in client homes and community settings, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role offers flexibility, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities for fellowship and internships to build hours toward BCBA goals.

Formación

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
