Essity is seeking a Regional Manufacturing Excellence leader to drive TPM deployment across our health and medical manufacturing network. You will guide site leaders, coach teams on problem solving, and accelerate the journey toward World Class Manufacturing standards while delivering measurable business results.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production, or Supply Chain.
• Extensive hands-on experience implementing TPM in multi-site operations.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and drive structured problem solving.
• Familiarity with JIPM certification processes is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead TPM deployment and Manufacturing Excellence initiatives across a regional network.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors to align TPM priorities across sites.
• Guide audits, maturity assessments, and certification milestones.
• Identify gaps, perform root-cause analyses, and improve standard work on the shop floor.
• Drive improvements in OEE, productivity, reliability, and cost reduction.
