CrowdStrike in Madrid seeks a high-impact Regional Marketing Manager – Iberia to lead the marketing strategy for Spain and Portugal. You will translate global strategy into locally relevant programs, align with regional sales leadership, and manage events, campaigns, and partner initiatives.

You'll drive pipeline and revenue contribution through data-driven programs, measure ROI, and collaborate across marketing and sales to maximize regional growth.

Formación

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or related industries.
• Experience managing multi-country or regional marketing programs.
• Strong track record aligning marketing strategy to sales execution and revenue outcomes.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English; based in Madrid area.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

About The Role

We are seeking a high-impact, strategic Regional Marketing Manager – Iberia to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy across Iberia (Spain & Portugal). This role is critical to accelerating regional growth, strengthening market presence, and driving measurable pipeline contribution across the 2 countries, on the Enterprise segment (companies with 2500+ employees). The successful candidate will act as the primary marketing leader for the region, translating global strategy into locally relevant execution while aligning closely with regional sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Iberia represents a leading area within the EMEA market. This role requires a strong capacity to drive & apply company strategy in local marketing activities, communicate efficiently with related teams, manage several company & third party events, generate ROI with thorough follow-up, capacity to bring new ideas & programs and ability to stand His/Her ground to arbitrate asks vs strategic priorities to maximize regional reach and revenue performance.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute the regional marketing strategy for Iberia (Spain & Portugal) aligned to revenue targets and territory priorities.
• Drive market development initiatives tailored to country-specific maturity, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Increase brand awareness, market penetration, and customer engagement across the region.
• Localize and operationalize global campaigns to ensure strong regional relevance and impact.
• Provide strategic input into regional business planning and go-to-market strategy.

Pipeline & Revenue Acceleration

• Design and execute integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and measurable revenue contribution.
• Align closely with Regional Sales Directors and their teams to support territory plans and strategic account priorities.
• Ensure strong execution across field marketing initiatives, executive engagements, regional events, partner initiatives, and campaigns.
• Manage program performance end-to-end, including KPI tracking, reporting, and ROI optimization.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as the central marketing point of contact for the Iberia region.
• Influence stakeholders across functions to prioritize regional needs and opportunities.
• Bring market insights and field feedback into global planning cycles.

Performance Management & Insights

• Establish clear expectations and performance metrics for regional programs.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, and marketing contribution to revenue.
• Deliver regular executive-level reporting on regional marketing performance.

What You’ll Need

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing multi-country or regional marketing programs.
• Strong track record of aligning marketing strategy to sales execution and revenue outcomes.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring pipeline and revenue contribution.
• Experience with CRM, event tools and marketing reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zuddl, Tableau).
• Native Spanish speaker is a must. Fluent English required
• Candidates must be based in the Madrid area, regardless of the remote nature of the position
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
