A children's English education program is looking for a Recruitment & Team Support professional to manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Ideal candidates will be native English speakers with a strong educational background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Formación

• Native English speaker or bilingual in English.

The company works closely with families, schools, and teachers to create a supportive environment that prioritizes quality education, strong relationships, and continuous growth.

Tasks

• Creating, updating, and managing job postings to ensure they are accurate and visible on the right platforms.
• Researching and identifying new channels, websites, and communities to post open teaching positions.
• Reviewing and filtering CVs and applications based on Casita’s teaching standards and needs.
• Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including initial outreach, follow‑ups, and rejections.
• Coordinating and attending interviews and trial classes with candidates and relevant team members.
• Collecting and organizing feedback from trials and interviews to support hiring decisions.
• Assisting with onboarding for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and steps are completed.
• Maintaining organized records of candidates and recruitment progress.
• Collaborating with other team members when recruitment overlaps with operational or scheduling needs.
• Providing general support to other areas of the team when needed, especially during busy periods.

Requirements
