Job Description :
Independent Recruiter (Spain) – Milestone Basis

Location : Spain (Remote)

We are seeking an Independent Recruiter from Spain to work on a freelance, milestone-based engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced recruiters fluent in both Spanish and English to collaborate with our team and help uncover top local talent for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard freelance Linguistic Experts (translators, interpreters, localization specialists).
  • Source STEM Experts (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics professionals).
  • Identify Other Subject Matter Experts as per project needs (e.g., education, healthcare, business, law, finance, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Pre‑screen candidates for skills, experience, and suitability for specific project requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with our team regarding project milestones and candidate progress.
Requirements
  • Residency in Spain and strong understanding of the local talent market.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Recruitment experience in technical, linguistic, or specialist fields is preferred.
  • Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines.
Milestone-Based Engagement Model

Payment is based on the completion and approval of specific milestones rather than a fixed salary.

Milestones could include : submitting candidate shortlists, completing interview rounds, or successfully onboarding hires.

The specific milestones for each project will be discussed and agreed upon separately with the recruiter according to project requirements and timeline.

Payment is released after each milestone is validated and approved, ensuring clarity, fairness, and performance-based engagement.
