Position Overview

We are currently looking for a passionate Reception Manager to join the team of COYA Barcelona.

Experience You Will Need:

1. Advanced knowledge of SevenRooms.
2. Strong people management skills and experience with managing a team.
3. Great interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team with a positive work ethic.
4. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
5. Previous experience in a management role in a high-end brand, preferably multi-site.
6. Excellent communication skills - must have high level of both spoken and written English and Spanish.
7. Keen interest to develop their knowledge and progress.
8. Must be friendly and attentive.
9. A passion for hospitality and customer service.
10. Ability to work under pressure.
11. Ability to motivate and drive the team.
