Job summary

Barceló Hotel Group busca profesional para el departamento de Recepción, gestionando check-in/check-out, atención al cliente y funciones de conserjería en un entorno hotelero.

Se requiere formación en Turismo o equivalente y experiencia mínima de 2 años; se valora Inglés alto y conocimientos de CRM, Ofimática e ISO. Contrato fijo-discontinuo y posibilidad de desarrollo dentro del grupo Barceló.

Qualifications

• Formación en turismo o similar. Se valora máster en Marketing u otra especialización.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en atención al cliente y calidad en el sector hotelero.
• Inglés alto; otros idiomas son valorables.
• Conocimientos de ofimática, hostelería, CRM y normativa ISO.

Responsibilities

• Organizar todas las tareas propias del departamento de Recepción con los clientes hospedados en el hotel, desde la llegada hasta la salida.
• Formalizar las llegadas (check-in) y la bienvenida de clientes y las salidas (check-out).
• Atención al cliente de forma presencial y telefónica durante toda la estancia.
• Funciones de conserjería y consigna, revisión de reservas y auditoría nocturna.
• Otras tareas encomendadas por el jefe de recepción.

What will you do?

Organizar todas las tareas propias del departamento de Recepción con los clientes hospedados en el Hotel, desde antes de su llegada, durante su estancia y hasta la salida, y en concreto : Formalizar las llegadas check in y bienvenida de clientes Formalizar las salidas (check out ) y despedida de cliente Atención al cliente tanto personal como telefónica, durante toda la estancia Funciones de conserjería y consigna Revisión de reservas Auditoría nocturna En general otras tareas encomendadas por el jefe de recepción

What are we looking for?

Formación: Grado en Turismo, Máster en Marketing o similar. Imprescindible formación específica en calidad turística. Experiencia: mínimo 2 años en atención al cliente y calidad en sector Hotelero. Idiomas: inglés alto, valorable otros idiomas. Se valorarán conocimientos en: ofimática, hostelería, CRM, normativa ISO.
