A prominent real estate firm is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to manage its Marbella office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge of the Costa de Sol, be fluent in English and Spanish, and have experience in leading sales teams. Responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, recruiting new team members, and supporting sales initiatives. A competitive package of €36,000 per annum net plus commissions is offered, along with additional benefits like annual reward trips.

Job Description

This is a unique and exciting Real Estate Management opportunity for 2026 as our client is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to manage and expand their office in Marbella. The successful Sales Manager must have a proactive and driven approach towards expanding sales, together with the ability to lead sales and marketing teams and manage all the business processes pertaining to an independent branch office.

Requirements

Exceptional knowledge of the Costa de Sol in both resales and new developments

Experienced networker and well respected with external real estate agencies

Experienced in managing, motivating and training Sales Agents to achieve the company’s objectives.

Accustomed to dealing with all the administrative and business functions of running an independent branch office, negotiating contracts, overseeing all sales processes from start to completion, and regular reporting to the CEO.

Full availability to always support the team.

Fluent in English and Spanish

Must live within 30 minutes commute to the Marbella area

Responsibilities

Directing and supporting a team of Sales Agents in their daily duties

Oversee the budget for the office and monitor revenue and financial performance

Recruitment and onboarding of new Sales Agents

Conduct regular meetings with the Sales and Marketing team

Review or supervise sales agreements and contracts

Set and review both office and individual team members goals

Prepare branch events and marketing initiatives

Attend development meetings with the CEO and implement and monitor company decisions relevant to the branch office

General running of the office.

Package

Office based-10-6pm Monday to Friday

Contracted position of €36,000 per annum net plus highly attractive commission levels of 50% plus
