A leading international financial group based in Marbella, currently undergoing an expansion and diversification of its business lines, is seeking to appoint a Director of Real Estate to lead its division specializing in high-end residential and commercial assets. This is a strategic project offering the opportunity to develop a unit focused on the premium segment of the real estate market on the Costa del Sol. This position offers the opportunity to join a project with an international scope and a strong commitment to excellence in client service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic and operational management of the real estate division, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and expansion objectives.
  • Leadership and supervision of the commercial team, driving property acquisition and the development of new business opportunities.
  • Direct relationship with high-net-worth international clients, delivering a personalized and exceptional advisory service.
  • Oversight of residential and commercial property sales and leasing operations.
  • Market analysis and definition of commercial and marketing strategies aimed at growth and brand positioning.
  • Negotiation of agreements, coordination with legal and tax advisors, and control of all transaction documentation.
  • Close collaboration with international partners, developers, and investment funds.
  • Preparation of performance reports, sales forecasts, and expansion strategies.
