The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in real estate or a fast-paced office, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include office management, CRM registrations, and report generation. The role is pivotal for executing operational standards and building strong relationships.

At Amea, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the coordination of listings and day-to-day agent operations. You will work from a set structure and gradually be given more tools and responsibilities as we grow. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO, agents and marketing team.
