The opportunity

Are you passionate about Real Estate operations and Data Management? We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedReal Estate Business Analyst & Lease Management Specialistto join our team. In this hybrid position, you will play a key part in managing the data of our portfolio, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting lease administration processes.

You will work closely with internal Real Estate teams and external partners to maintain and enhance the data in our real Estate data systems, particularly Archibus. Your contributions will help streamline operations, improve data quality, and support strategic decision-making across the division.

How you’ll make an impact

• Ensuringportfolio data quality and accuracy in Archibus, whilemasteringits functionalities

• Collaboratingwith the Real Estate team to collect accurate data

• Coordinatingwith andmonitoringour external vendor responsible for lease abstraction. Managing leases and improving abstraction processes

• Conductingtraining sessions for Archibus and the lease abstraction tool

• Reportingbugs andtestingfixes

• RaisingPOs andverifyinginvoices

• Preparingpresentation decks, analyses, reports. and strategic planning. Creating Teams and SharePoint sites

• Supportingthe efficient collection, analysis, and reporting of data for sustainability activities and managingtime effectively

• Collaboratingwith Real Estate and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security

• Assisting in any tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the division

Your background

• Proven experience in data management and lease administration

• Knowledge of Real Estate in a corporate Real Estate function or Real Estate organization

• Understanding lease terms, real estate portfolio structure and property data

• Knowlege of a real estate data management system

• Excellent proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint

• As part of a global business, you will be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from around the world

• Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions

• Accurate and detail oriented

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Valid work permit
