Fluency in English and Romanian is essential, along with excellent communication skills. No prior real estate experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. The role of a Real Estate Agent involves acting as a trusted intermediary, facilitating transactions between property buyers and sellers. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the entire buying or selling process, ensuring they achieve their goals in a timely and efficient manner.
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM). Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Prior experience is not a prerequisite for this role. We value honesty and open‑mindedness above all else. TEKCE Academy offers a comprehensive two‑week training program upon commencement of employment. This program will be online and will provide you with all the necessary skills to excel in this position.
