The Role

The role of a Real Estate Agent involves acting as a trusted intermediary between property buyers and sellers. You will guide buyers through the entire process, ensuring they find the right property at the best price and negotiate favorable terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany buyers on property viewings.
  • Provide expert advice on suitability, value, and market conditions.
  • Craft and present purchase offers to potential buyers.
  • Understand client needs and financial capabilities to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Offer guidance on negotiation strategies, pricing, mortgages, legal aspects, and related matters.
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork, including contracts.
  • Maintain in-depth market knowledge and create comprehensive property listings.
  • Review and ensure compliance with purchase contracts.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and ensure fair dealing in all transactions.
Qualifications
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential.

Working hours Monday – Friday 09.00-18.00 (Lunch 13:00-15:00); Saturday 10.00-15:00
