A luxury real estate agency in Madrid seeks a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong people skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Formación

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Valid EU work authorization and driving license.
• Experience in real estate or a similar sales role is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle qualified inbound leads — creating real opportunities.
• Grow your client base through networking and local outreach.
• Guide clients through the buying process from viewings to completion.
• Source and list new properties, building relationships with homeowners.
• Create high-quality listings with pricing and staging advice.
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep CRM up to date and manage your pipeline efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing to build your personal brand.

• Keep your CRM up to date and manage your pipeline efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing to build your personal brand and online presence.

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
