A leading hygiene solutions provider in Segovia is seeking a Raw Material Technician to manage raw material claims and ensure quality standards. The ideal candidate will hold a university degree, have at least 3 years of experience in operational quality, and be fluent in English. Formación

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational quality in a plant or commercial team.
• Knowledge of products and production flow.
• Statistical knowledge is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage raw material claims in accordance with Ontex regulations and guidelines.
• Communicate with sales representatives and suppliers.
• Record investigations and responses in line with market requirements.
• Identify root causes and analyze claim trends.
• Plan and execute packaging validations.
• Support quality investigations (QIS), CAPAs, and RCPS.
• Collaborate with internal areas such as supply chain, production, quality, and sales.

Profile Requirements:

• University degree in a technical or scientific field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational quality in a plant or commercial team.
• Knowledge of products and production flow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; statistical knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
