Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field, experience in systems engineering in defense or aerospace contexts, and proficiency in tools like DOORS and MATLAB. Qualifications

Experience in systems engineering applied to radar, defense, or aerospace.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Eligibility for NATO clearance.

Responsibilities

Model radar systems functionally and structurally using MBSE tools.
Define and maintain system architecture and interface specifications.
Analyze and review technical documentation and system requirements.
Manage and trace requirements using IBM DOORS.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, integration, testing).
Support system-level verification and validation activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes.
Provide independent technical assessments at subsystem and system level.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for project management and stakeholders.
