• 3+ years of experience in coatings or a similar industry.
• Experience working with commercial or customer-facing teams valued.
• Availability to travel internationally during the training period.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant lab environment.
• Adjust and fine-tune formulations per customer requirements.
• Plan, execute, and document lab activities for product improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, and Manufacturing.
• Interpret test results, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements.

Formulation and testing skills

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish

Detail-oriented mindset

Proactive problem-solving

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experimental design software or statistical analysis

Educación

Degree in Chemistry or a related field
