Job summary

Roche is seeking an R&D Associate to contribute to the development and lifecycle maintenance of diagnostic products across areas like clinical chemistry and immunoassays. You will plan and execute laboratory experiments, evaluate results, and collaborate with R&D colleagues to support product development and regulatory activities.

You will work with analytical methods, maintain lab equipment, and help prepare regulatory documentation in a quality-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory experience with analytical methods in biomedical environments.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Working knowledge of English in a scientific setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform laboratory experiments, including sample prep and testing.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data; troubleshoot issues.
• Document results according to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Apply biochemical and analytical methods to support development and maintenance.
• Assist in calibration and qualification of lab equipment and systems.
• Present results in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Prepare and review regulatory and quality-related documents.
