Job summary

Aily Labs is seeking an R&D Business Impact Lead to embed Aily App into core R&D routines and enable enterprise-wide adoption. You will own the client journey from integration to measurable performance impact, guiding data readiness, AI validation, and rollout across global R&D teams.

Lead deployments, partner with product and ML teams, and up-skill executives, ensuring AI becomes embedded in daily governance and decision-making. Hybrid work across major hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD/MBA in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of R&D decision-making in large enterprises.
• 5+ to 7+ years in R&D strategy, pharma consulting, clinical ops, or portfolio management.
• Exposure to analytics, performance management, or digital transformation in R&D.
• Tech-savvy with fluency in data and AI concepts from collaboration with product and data science.
• Proven experience with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
• Extreme ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes and adoption.
• Strong communication with senior R&D and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to operate autonomously in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the R&D domain expert and solution architect for Aily App modules.
• Translate R&D routines into product requirements and AI decision logic; refine model performance and roadmap.
• Define AI outcomes and R&D decision quality standards.
• Co-shape scalable product capabilities across research, portfolio, and clinical use cases.
• Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility and readiness.
• Define data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs to accelerate deployment.
• Influence the product roadmap through client impact and adoption insights.
• Act as trusted adviser to Chief R&D Officers and executives.
• Represent R&D needs in product and roadmap discussions.
• Communicate AI and data topics in clear business language.
• Drive rollouts from entry-use cases to enterprise-wide adoption.
• Own time to first active user and time to value.
• Upskill and evangelize R&D users via workshops and campaigns.
• Ensure AI is embedded into daily R&D governance, portfolio and clinical cadences.
