Wabtec Iberica is seeking a Quality Manufacturing Engineer to ensure quality compliance during installation, commissioning, and start-up activities for railway projects. You will conduct process audits, monitor control plans, manage non-conformances, and drive corrective actions to meet customer expectations.
The role requires on-site work with travel as needed, knowledge of ISO 9001 and IRIS, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Wabtec Iberica is a leading provider of maintenance and overhaul services for Spanish railway operators, supporting a broad range of onboard train systems, including doors, brakes, HVAC systems, pantographs, as well as Platform Screen Doors (PSDs).
As a Quality Manufacturing Engineer, reporting to the “Production and Supplier Quality Manager”, you will ensure compliance with quality requirements during installation, commissioning, and start‑up activities for railway projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to corporate standards, contractual requirements, industry regulations, and customer expectations through process audits, inspections, control plan monitoring, and non-conformance management.
