A leading technology firm in Valladolid, Spain, is looking for a Quality & Logistic Data Centric Project Manager. The successful candidate will manage digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. About Horse Technologies

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid (Spain), with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do
  • Lead end-to-end management of data-centric digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and budgets while applying standardized methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and implement innovative digital solutions.
  • Monitor project progress using analytics and KPIs, and proactively address risks or issues.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications.
  • Present project updates to stakeholders and support negotiations when needed.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new initiatives aligned with user needs.
What we’re looking for
  • A proven track record in managing digital projects and applying AI to solve complex problems.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or any branch of Engineering.
  • Excellent skills in data analysis and digital tools such as WRP, QMS, and asset localization systems.
  • Strong competencies in leadership and cross-functional collaboration, with a pragmatic and inclusive approach.
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish; proficiency in another European language is a valuable asset.
