Formación

• Education in relevant engineering degree or aircraft production technician qualification with consolidated experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the aeronautical sector.
• Experience in structural construction and wiring/cable loom.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and verify compliance with approved design data for aircraft structures.
• Perform visual incoming and first article inspections.
• Create and follow up on quality reports and corrective actions.
• Support production on quality-related issues.

Conocimientos

Physical inspections of components

Proficient in reading technical drawings

Knowledge of common Aviation quality standards

Proficiency in English (B2)

Skilled in using MS Office and SAP

Educación

Your Tasks

• Inspect and verify compliance with processes / approved design data for aircraft structures and aircraft system wiring harnesses, connectors and electrical terminations as per design drawings. according to Quality gates and inspection protocols
• Perform visual incoming and first article inspections or parts, components and its related documentation for compliance with design, technical and certification requirements
• Create and follow up on quality reports (defects, QNs) in case of deviations (including managing of quarantine items), conducting root cause analysis for quality deviations and Developing containments and corrective actions for problem resolution
• Provide feedback and support to production on Quality related issues
• Support Quality department on multiple activities (Supply chain,, participating in process optimizations and projects

With this you convince us

• Education in relevant engineering degree or aircraft production technician (technical apprenticeship preferably in bodywork or aircraft sheet metal work) qualfication with consolidated experinece
• Proficiency in the field of physical inspections of components & Proficient in reading technical drawings
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the aeronautical sector (related activities)
• Experience in structural construction and wiring / cable loom
• Skilled in using MS Office and SAP and combining kowledge of common Aviation quality standards and regulations
• Proficiency in English, at least B2 Level (spoken and written), German is a plus
