Job summary

Kenvue is recruiting a Quality Control Technician to join our Europe/Middle East/Africa team onsite in Spain. You will ensure GLP and GMP compliance, execute analytical tests, and support documentation and data integrity across quality control activities.

The ideal candidate holds a science degree, has GMP knowledge, and communicates well in English. You will train staff, manage procedures, and contribute to CAPAs and quality system tasks in a collaborative lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a science field (Chemistry, Pharmacy or Biology).
• Proficient with GLP/GMP contexts and documentation.
• Good command of English and ability to work in a regulated lab.
• Experience with quality systems and statistical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Perform/review routine, stability, validation and transfer analytical tests following applicable procedures.
• Manage documentation, data integrity, and sample handling in the QC lab.
• Provide training to new staff and support ongoing training activities.
• Create/update QC procedures and instructions as needed.
• Contribute to Quality System activities (Investigations, GCCs, CAPAs).
• Collaborate in QC activities planning.

What You Will Do

As a Quality Controller, your activities will require analytical and technical knowledge, ensuring both good laboratory practices (GLP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) compliance, as well as applicable regulations and internal policies.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform/review routine, stability, validation and transfer analytical test following the procedures and methods applicable fulfilling all the corresponding documentation ensuring the data integrity.
• Execute other needed activities for the department such as chemical management, document management, sample reception and storage, water point of use sampling, cleaning sampling, lab cleaning and maintenance, calibration test, stability management, etc.
• Ensure own training activities and safety behavior. Conducts training for newly hired staff or other QC colleagues.
• Create and/or update the procedures and/or instructions necessary for the work of the Quality Control Department.
• Execute Quality System activities related to Quality Control Department (Investigations, GCCs, CAPAs, Corrections, etc)
• Collaborating in Quality Control activities planning

Required Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Any medium or high degree related to science such as Chemical, Pharmacy or Biology.
• Informatic knowledge level user.
• English language medium-high level.
• Empower software experience.
• Problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
• GMPs knowledge
