Una empresa líder en tecnología busca un ingeniero de aseguramiento de calidad (QA) con al menos 4 años de experiencia en herramientas como Selenium y Cucumber. El candidato ideal deberá ser autónomo, tener habilidades analíticas sólidas y ser capaz de trabajar en un entorno ágil. Este puesto es remoto y se ofrece una gran oportunidad para crecer en un rol dinámico y desafiante.

Formación

• 4+ años de experiencia en automatización de pruebas usando Selenium y Cucumber.
• Experiencia en SOAP UI y microservicios con Rest Assured.
• Capacidad para desarrollar y mantener frameworks de automatización.

Responsabilidades

• Mentorizar a miembros del equipo y ofrecer soluciones a consultas técnicas.
• Desarrollar componentes extensibles para herramientas de prueba.
• Seguir prácticas de codificación limpia y principios de diseño.

Descripción del empleo

Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Experience: 4–8 Years

Skills: Selenium, Cucumber, CI/CD, GitHub & AWS

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working model: Remote (from Spain, Poland & UK)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, scripting languages (Java, JavaScript), and test automation frameworks. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to mentor team members, and excellent communication. Experience with tools like JIRA, Xray, and knowledge of AWS, JMeter, and security tools is a plus.

Competencies

- Excellent Object-Oriented coding practices including strong design patterns knowledge, Refactoring,



Clean Code, merging etc.
- Strong knowledge of Scripting Languages like Java, JavaScript
- Follow and recommend design principles and best practices for QA automation.
- Able to develop and maintain test automation framework as per project requirement.
- Understand automation test plans, product architecture and domain in details.
- Solution providing approach for technical queries and help/mentor test automation team.
- Should be able to develop components that are extensible to test tools.
- Hands on experience in PoC solutions for client and can demonstrate.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with multiple tasks.

Required Skills

- Have 4+ years of experience in Test Automation using Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber.
- Have 3+ working experience in SOAP UI Automation and micro services automation using Rest Assured.
- Experience with any CI/CD Tools - Jenkins
- Experience with source code controls - GIT
- Have working experience in iterative and Agile methodologies.
- Quick learner with strong analytical,



problem solving and debugging skills.
- Have strong ability to understand business process flow.
- Able to analyze, understand and describe issues and coordinate with dev team.
- Exposure to Test and Defect Management Tools like JIRA, Xray.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of AWS
- Knowledge of tools like Apache JMeter, Security tools.
- Exposure to the Banking and FInancial Services (BFS) domain.
