Elanco in Madrid is seeking a Quality Associate for a 12-month cover assignment to support the Affiliate Quality Manager and Iberia Quality team in maintaining GDP/GxP compliance and GMP+ certification. You will contribute to the affiliate quality system and oversee GDP service providers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a scientific field (pharmacy preferred), fluent Spanish and advanced English, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Location: Madrid; Work model: Hybrid.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (preferably pharmacy).
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English language.
• Min. 2 years of similar experience.
• Attention to details.
• Demonstrated analytical and investigational skills.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Quality team and affiliate functions in ensuring that operations comply with applicable GxP requirements, company quality standards, and local regulations.
• Complete and maintain operational quality activities, including deviation management, change control, quality document management, supplier and GxP service provider oversight, customer licence verification, and quality system maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction through routine self-assessments, Quality Plan activities, key performance indicator reviews, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Monitor, trend, interpret, and report quality metrics, escalating local product quality issues to Quality leadership and affiliate management.
• Support compliance with company policies and standards, including quality frameworks, the Code of Conduct, corporate citizenship, anti-discrimination and anti-harassment requirements, and health, safety and environment policies.
