Alten Delivery Centre Spain busca un tester de automatización QA para unirse a un equipo internacional y altamente cualificado. Se esperará desarrollar y mejorar marcos de pruebas, definir estructuras QA y colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para entregar software de alta calidad.

La posición ofrece posibilidad de trabajar de forma remota con horario flexible y desarrollo profesional continuo. Se requiere 2–4 años de experiencia en IT y pruebas, y dominio de Java/Kotlin, Selenium y Playwright.

Formación

• Formación universitaria en IT, Matemáticas o campo relacionado.
• Entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia en IT y pruebas de software.
• Conocimientos sólidos de desarrollo y procesos de pruebas de software.
• Experiencia en pruebas con JVM (Java, Kotlin) y JavaScript/TypeScript es un plus.
• Experiencia práctica con Linux y scripting en shell.
• Experiencia con herramientas web de pruebas (Selenium, Playwright).
• Conocimiento de REST APIs, XML y JSON.
• Pruebas API con REST y SOAP usando Postman, RestAssured, etc.
• Conocimiento de GitLab u otras herramientas de control de versiones.
• Experiencia con Docker en entornos containerizados.
• Conocimiento de bases de datos y SQL.
• Experiencia con pipelines CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) es un plus.
• Exposición a plataformas cloud (GCP o AWS) es un plus.
• Conocimiento de seguridad de mensajes (TLS, OAuth2).
• Buenas habilidades analíticas y enfoque de resolución de problemas.
• Excelente inglés escrito y hablado.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y mejorar marcos de automatización de pruebas para mejorar la estabilidad operativa.
• Apoyar y evolucionar la arquitectura del marco de automatización de pruebas.
• Contribuir al desarrollo de pruebas de extremo a extremo.
• Definir estructuras QA de nuestros productos en la fase inicial de desarrollo.
• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para analizar problemas de la aplicación y del marco.
• Crear informes de errores detallados y solicitudes de mejora, con descripciones de defects y prioridades.
• Mantenerse adaptable y aprender nuevas herramientas y tecnologías conforme a las necesidades.
• Promover principios de calidad desde el inicio dentro de y entre equipos.
• Integrar soluciones de automatización de pruebas con herramientas DevOps para entrega fluida.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance test automation frameworks to improve operational stability and efficiency.
• Support and evolve the architecture of the test automation framework.
• Contribute to the development of end-to-end test automation.
• Define QA structures of our products in the earliest development phase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze application and framework issues.
• Create detailed bug reports and improvement requests, including clear defects/change descriptions and priority classifications.
• Stay adaptable and learn new tools and technologies aligned with organizational needs.
• Advocate quality-first principles within and across squads.
• Integrate test automation solutions with DevOps tools for seamless delivery.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience: Min 2-4 years of professional experience in IT and software testing.
• Solid understanding of software development and testing processes.
• Test automation experience with JVM languages (Java, Kotlin, etc.); JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems and shell scripting.
• Prior experience with web-based testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)
• Understanding REST APIs, XML, and JSON formats.
• API testing experience with REST and SOAP services with tools (e.g. Postman, Bruno, RestAssured)
• Working knowledge of GitLab or similar version control tools.
• Experience with Docker for containerized environments.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Git pipeline or GitHub Actions)(nice to have).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP or AWS is a plus).
• Knowledge of message security (asymmetric cryptography, TLS, OAuth2).
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
