Who are we looking for?

At Pixaera, we're revolutionizing professional training with immersive, experiential learning games on our cutting-edge PC and virtual reality (VR) training software. We're seeking a dedicated QA Tester to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality training experiences.

As a QA Tester at Pixaera, you'll be at the heart of our QA environment, playing a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects. You will collaborate closely with our development teams, executing rigorous testing processes to uphold the highest standards of quality in design and implementation.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and execute test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and performance.

• Execute thorough testing processes to identify bugs, defects, and areas for improvement in our PC and VR training software.

• Report and track issues found during testing, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

• Provide feedback to developers and stakeholders on software quality and usability.

• Daily smoke test within the game engine and on all target platforms

• Adjustment and improvement to test approach to capture issues in the development.

Who are you?

• Experience with Game Development and manual testing

• The ability to demonstrate analytical and logical thinking

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester or similar role, preferably in software development or gaming industry.

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience working in an agile development environment, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

• Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.

• Experience with testing PC or VR applications is highly desirable.
