Responsibilities

• Тестировать новые функции и исправления.

• Проверять изменения в sandbox, development и production.
• Настраивать и проводить smoke-тесты внутри LMS.
• Фиксировать дефекты: шаги, ожидаемое/фактическое, доказательства.
• Убедиться, что роли пользователей выполняют нужные действия и не больше.

LearnWise AI builds AI-powered virtual assistants, instructor efficiency tools, and student engagement solutions for universities and colleges. Its AI products for higher education run inside Canvas, Brightspace, Moodle, and Blackboard via LTI.

Задачи:

• Test new features and fixes
• Plan and run happy-path, negative, edge-case, visual, and accessibility tests
• Verify changes in sandbox, development, and production environments
• Set up and smoke-test products inside major learning management systems
• File actionable defect reports with steps, expected and actual results, and technical evidence
• Confirm that each user role can perform the appropriate actions and nothing more

Требования:

• 2+ Years of manual QA experience on web applications
• Derive test cases from tickets and designs without being given a checklist
• Use browser DevTools daily to inspect console errors, network requests, status codes, and payloads
• Write clear defect reports that require no follow-up questions; experience with Linear, Jira, or similar tools
• Communicate clearly and directly in written and spoken English; raise blockers early and state plainly what was not tested
• Experience using AI tools for work, such as Codex or Claude
