Job summary

DAVANTIS TECHNOLOGIES ищет опытного специалиста по автоматизации тестирования для руководства стратегией и реализацией автоматизации в продуктах видеонаблюдения. Кандидат будет работать над UI/API тестированием, интеграцией в CI/CD и улучшением качества на глобальном рынке.

Требуется 4+ лет опыта, сильные навыки программирования и знания Playwright. Офис вблизи Барселоны, гибридный график с частичной удалённой работой.

Qualifications

• Не менее 4 лет опыта в тест-автоматизации.
• Опыт создания и поддержки фреймворков автоматизации.
• Хорошие навыки программирования/скриптов и работы в Agile.

Responsibilities

• Проектировать, разворачивать и поддерживать масштабируемые фреймворки тестовой автоматизации.
• Определять стратегию тестирования и лучшие практики;
• Реализовывать автоматизированные UI/API/регрессионные тесты.
• Интегрировать автоматизацию в CI/CD пайплайны.
• Сотрудничать с командами разработки на ранних стадиях (shift-left).
• Анализировать результаты тестов, выявлять риски качества, предлагать улучшения.
• Изучать новые технологии, включая применение ИИ к тестированию.

Задачи:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and sustainable test automation frameworks.
• Lead the automated testing strategy, defining best practices, standards, and technical approaches.
• Implement and execute automated UI, API, and regression tests.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with development teams to incorporate quality from the early stages (shift-left).
• Analyze test results, identify quality risks, and propose technical improvements.
• Evaluate, propose, and incorporate new technologies and innovative approaches, including the use of AI applied to testing.
• Provide technical leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills when facing complex challenges.

Требования:

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar.
• At least 4 years of experience in test automation.
• Demonstrable experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Good programming or scripting skills (JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, or others).
• Experience in agile environments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Playwright (highly valued).
• Residence in Barcelona or the surrounding area (on-site position in Bellaterra).
